In the fall of 2016, I interned for the iPhone product operations team to support the launch of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. I worked with all the teams that built the iPhone to triage customer issues, identify components that cause failure, perform analysis, and prioritize fixes. The impact of the team helped to resolve problems in manufacturing and provide data that influenced the future design of newer generation products.
